Jamaican born Norma Daisy Walker has always been around the world of TV and Radio. Having appeared in Desmond’s and BBC Fours ‘Tales of the Front Room’ as well as various appearances on BBC Radio 1. Norma also worked in the production office of Desmonds during it’s 6 years of production.

You may not realise it, but you’ve most likely seen Norma in films and tv over the last few years, She’s appeared in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Hitch-Hikers Guide to the Galaxy, Bridget Jones’s Diary 2 and Closer as well as appearing on the last episode of The Vicar Of Dibley as Geraldines long lost grandmother from Celon.

Norma married in the beautiful parish of Saint Ann’s in Jamaica during 1951 and moved to the UK in 1959. She has three children and enjoys her time with her seven grand children.
